Personnel Policy at University of Copenhagen
On 12 December 2007 the General Collaboration Committee (HSU) adopted a set of new basic principles for the University's Personnel Policy 2008-2010. The principles have been drafted by the Personnel Policy Committee, and constitute the first partial outcome of the work involved in formulating a new general personnel policy for the University of Copenhagen.
The Personnel Policy Committee is right now preparing a personnel policy handbook, which is to contain agreements and guidelines etc. within the field of personnel policy. A large part of the agreements and guidelines has already been approved by the General Collaboration Committee (HSU), and has been in force since January 2009. The committee expects to complete the task before the summer holidays of 2009.
